Workday Integration2 Job Title: Technical Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking talented Technical consultants to join our team and drive the implementation of Workday solutions for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy integrations that seamlessly connect Workday with various third-party systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and optimising system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio. Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape. Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing. Work closely with the onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions. Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications. Hands-on experience with the configuration of new and existing Workday features including user Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
