Job Description

Immediate joiner Work from office ready to work in shifts At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT industry. Bachelors degree in computer sciences or engineering or an associated degree is preferred Experience working in a similar role as either IT support or on a service desk/help desk is valued Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills Previous hands-on experience Ability to troubleshoot user-level-related network issues Good management skills Is a good communicator and team player Flexible and adaptable The support model will be 24/7, with compensatory off (comp-off) arranged during weekdays (Note: This excludes night shifts from Monday to Friday). The tentative support timings will be +/- 1 hour from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM IST on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 24 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
