Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Financial Management Core Connector and Reports with a strong understanding of Workday HCM. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM is a plus. This role involves overseeing technical projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to enhance business processes. Oversee the integration of Workday Core Connector to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Provide technical expertise in creating and managing Workday Reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday HCM solutions with organizational goals. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Workday applications. Ensure the quality and performance of Workday solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation. Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and technical solutions to improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Workday functionalities and user experience. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of technical projects. Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption of Workday solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation of Workday applications. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement enhancements to Workday systems. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Workday Financial Management Core Connector and Reports. Demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM and its application in business processes. Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to support domain-specific projects. Experience in Devices/SPM is a plus enhancing the ability to deliver tailored solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Show strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
