We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workday HR Reporting Analyst to be a core member of our Workday support team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports that deliver meaningful insights to HR and business leaders.
As part of this team, you will not only build reporting solutions but also help establish best practicesfor reporting and analytics.
You will play a critical role in creating Process Flows, Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define how reporting is requested, developed, reviewed, and delivered across the organization.
