Workday HCM Senior Consultant

As a certified Workday HCM Senior Consultant at CloudRock Partners, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Workday HCM configuration solutions in collaboration with Project Managers/Team Leaders. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and stakeholders from various levels and departments of their organization. Your primary objective will be to understand their business requirements, customize the Workday HCM system to align with those needs, and ensure the seamless adoption of best practices throughout implementation, configuration, and optimization phases. Your contribution will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering workshops using your expertise, presentation, and guidance skills. - Translate customer requirements into Workday solutions and provide time estimates accordingly. - Proactively identify potential challenges based on your experience and knowledge. - Independently set up and configure Workday modules based on customer needs. - Provide assistance, support, and guidance to junior resources. - Develop and present proposals to address problems using your experience, research, and analysis. - Ensure thorough testing of developed solutions, troubleshoot any issues, and confirm successful migration of configuration and data related to the delivered solution. - Coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines effectively, and maintain strong relationships for successful project delivery. - Fulfill any other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time. Necessary Experience: - Workday Core HCM Certified with a minimum of 4 years of Workday HCM configuration experience and involvement with at least 3 Workday customers. - Workday Implementer experience with a solid understanding of the Workday methodology and customer-side deliverables. - Proficiency in configuring Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting functionality along with Core HCM and Core Compensation modules. - Understanding of broader HR processes to support clients in designing appropriate solutions in Workday. - Experience in implementing Workday for Global Insurance customers and handling large, complex, global rollouts deployed in phases by country, particularly within Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Netherlands. - Provided coaching and mentoring to team members during at least one implementation. Desirable Experience: - Degree in a technical, business, or relevant field of study. - Previous experience working as an HR Professional. Necessary Skills/Competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Collaborative team player with excellent presentation skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Proficiency in building rapport in virtual or in-person settings. - Effective planning skills to support EM/PM. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Fluent in English (written/spoken).
