Job Description

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Work closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. Demonstrate configurations using prototyping. Unit testing the processes. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions. 2. Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes. 3. Propose functionality changes based on business requirements. 4. Should have good experience with Basic and advanced security. Should have basic technical knowledge. 5. Experience managing medium size team would be a plus. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 2. At least 8+ years of overall IT experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across Implementation / Support / Development projects Show more Show less
