Workday Functional Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Configure, test, and implement changes in Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll. Support HR and business users with day-to-day issues and system questions. Participate in new module rollouts, system upgrades, and testing activities. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday. Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure Workday works well with other systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and monitoring. Provide training and documentation to HR users and stakeholders. Support change management and communication during system updates or new functionality. Required Skills and Experience: 510 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or similar role. Strong knowledge of at least two or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation). Experience in Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with data audits, testing, and documentation. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
