Workday Financials Integration Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations across Workday HCM, Finance, and related modules. This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Extend, and Prism Analytics.
  
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Support existing integrations by troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing for performance and scalability.
  
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
  
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teams and stakeholders.
  
• Partner with external vendors and third-party systems to ensure seamless connectivity with Workday.
  
• Stay current on new Workday features/releases and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
  
• Proficiency in

  Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RAAS, XSLT, Composite Reporting and web services (REST/SOAP)

  .
• Strong understanding of HCM, Payroll, Finance, or related Workday modules.
  
• Knowledge of security models, data structures, and tenant configuration.
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday

  Integration or Pro Certification(s)

• Familiarity with financial systems, payroll providers, or benefit carriers.
  
• Prior consulting experience with multiple Workday implementations.
