Job Profile:

Otis Digital Technology is seeking a Workday Extend Developer with hands-on experience in Workday Studio to support critical HR technology initiatives across a fast-paced, global enterprise . This role will design, develop, and maintain custom Workday applications and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance across business functions.

You ll work closely with the Workday Extend Functional Lead, HRT Leads, COEs, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and support testing and deployment.

• Design and develop scalable applications using Workday Extend .
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio , including complex transformations and external system connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project timelines.
• Support and enhance existing Extend applications (e.g., performance goals, compliance workflows, onboarding tools).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Extend and Studio integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Prepare documentation for release management and follow SDLC best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards

• 3+ years of experience in Workday Extend development.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Studio integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model, business processes, and security.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
• Passion for creating innovative solutions and a willingness to learn Workday Core products.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience with OO programming , APIs , and Postman .
• Familiarity with HTML , Workday Business Process configuration , and Workday Core .
• Basic knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Workday Prism, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Workday certifications in Studio or Extend (preferred but not required).
