Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  design and architecture

  of custom applications using

  Workday Extend

  , ensuring seamless integration with core Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into

  technical specifications

  and design documents.
• Develop and implement

  scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions

  within the Workday ecosystem.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  , conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and Workday standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for

  end-to-end solution delivery

  .
• Stay current with

  Workday Extend enhancements and industry trends

  to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior developers and support post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in

  Workday Integrations

  and at least 2 years in

  Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Workday HCM, Financials

  , and related modules.
• Proficiency with

  APIs (REST/SOAP)

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  XSLT

  ,

  Workday Studio

  , and

  EIBs

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Workday data models, APIs, and security protocols

  .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
