Must have skills : Workday Core HCM, Workday Core Compensation Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Core Compensation. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
