Workday Certified will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

Min 3-4 years of functional Workday experience is required with expertise in Payroll Modules
Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Workday Payroll module
Experience on at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project
Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects, HR data migration and/or integrations projects
Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as to external Client
Knowledge of HRIS, Program Management tools and MS Office
