Workday Consultant

You will be responsible for hands-on experience in Workday integration development, where you will need to have a strong understanding of the Workday core concepts. Your role will involve identifying relationships between PBO and RBO and utilizing Calc Fields effectively. You should have extensive experience with integrations, calc fields, security, and migrations. Additionally, you will need a solid grasp of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, and Reports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Workday Extend and possess good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills. You should also be proficient in XSLT and understand ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. It is essential to comprehend AS-IS and To-Be functions for given requirements, prepare documents, and write test cases accordingly. Moreover, you should be able to effectively communicate and articulate technical information, demonstrate high reasoning aptitude, and quickly adapt to complex operating environments. The role requires the ability to collaborate in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
