Role: Workday Architect

Grade: C2 / D1 / D2

Location: Pan India

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Mandatory: Active Workday Certification

Role Overview:

As a Workday Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Workday solutions across enterprise clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring scalable, best-practice Workday implementations.

Key Skills & Experience:

Mandatory Workday Certification (HCM or relevant modules)

Strong experience in Workday architecture and end-to-end implementations

Expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting

Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
