### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage *end-to-end recruitment process* for volume hiring (sourcing screening coordination offer closure).

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

* Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability based on client requirements.

* Handle *bulk hiring mandates* across industries (sales, operations, support roles, etc.).

* Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions.

* Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure smooth recruitment process.

* Maintain accurate recruitment data and track closures.

### *Requirements:*

* Proven experience in *high-volume recruitment / bulk hiring*.

* Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Ability to handle *tight timelines and multiple mandates simultaneously*.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
