Job Description

We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and customizing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, with a keen eye for detail and performance optimization. Experience working with U.S. State government projects or public sector clients is highly preferred along with experience supporting RFP responses and government tenders , especially for U.S. State government clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and plugins Customize themes, implement responsive design, and ensure cross-browser compatibility Support RFP/tender responses by providing technical documentation, effort estimates, and compliance inputs Ensure accessibility and security compliance in line with government web standards (WCAG, Section 508, etc.) Collaborate with design, content, and proposal teams to support government bid requirements Troubleshoot issues, perform site optimizations, and maintain version control using Git Qualifications: 2–5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience Solid understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL Experience supporting RFPs or technical sections of government tenders is preferred Familiarity with public sector website compliance and hosting standards Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and content migration projects Excellent communication and documentation skills Show more Show less
