Position: Wordpress Developer Experience: 1 to 3 Years Industry- IT Location- Gota, Ahmedabad Job Role: We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with 2+ years of hands-on expertise in building and customizing high-performance WordPress sites. The ideal candidate will be profi cient in both front-end and back-end development, including custom theme and plugin creation, responsive design, and integration of third-party APIs. Familiarity with frameworks such as Genesis, Divi, Elementor, and Avada is essential, along with strong skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript . This role will involve working collaboratively on new projects and maintaining existing sites to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities: Theme and Plugin Development ● Custom Theme Development : Build responsive, custom themes from scratch based on design specifi cations and business needs. ● Custom Plugin Development : Develop custom plugins or modify existing plugins to provide unique site functionality. ● Frameworks : Proficient in popular WordPress theme frameworks, such as Genesis, Divi, Elementor, Avada, Thrive Themes, Oxygen Builder, and WP Astra . Advanced Integrations ● Third-party API Integrations : Work with RESTful APIs to integrate with CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools. ● eCommerce Integration : Develop and enhance WooCommerce stores, implementing shopping cart functions, secure payment gateways, inventory management, and product variations. ● Analytics and Tracking : Implement Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and custom tracking codes to collect user data and analyze website performance. Frontend Development ● Responsive Design : Ensure all websites are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop views using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS. ● JavaScript Libraries : Utilize libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, Vue.js, or React for enhanced interactivity and dynamic content. Performance Optimization ● Code Optimization : Optimize PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML code for speed and performance. ● Caching Solutions : Configure caching tools like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache , or server-based caching for faster load times. ● Database Optimization : Manage and optimize WordPress databases for effi ciency and speed. SEO and Content Management ● SEO Best Practices: Implement on-page SEO strategies using Yoast, RankMath, or SEOPress plugins. ● Schema Markup : Add structured data (schema markup) for rich search results. ● Content Management : Work with editors and designers to manage content updates, implement A/B testing, and analyze user engagement. Skills and Qualifications: ● Technical Skills : Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery . ● Frameworks : Experience with WordPress frameworks (Genesis, Divi, Elementor, Avada, Oxygen Builder, Astra) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) . ● Backend Development: Strong command of server-side technologies, RESTful APIs, and database optimization. ● Version Control : Knowledge of Git or Bitbucket for collaborative development. ● Security and Optimization : Strong understanding of website security and speed optimization best practices. ● Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze website data, perform A/B testing, and make informed decisions for UX improvements.
