Job Title: WordPress Developer

Location: Benda Infotech, Newtown, Kolkata
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – 8 PM to 5 AM IST)
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team at Benda Infotech. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development, troubleshooting, and website optimization. You will be working in a fast-paced environment to build, customize, and maintain dynamic WordPress websites for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch or using premium themes.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and CRM tools with WordPress.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and responsiveness.
• Perform website maintenance, security updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and content teams.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin customization.
• Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF, Yoast SEO, and popular plugins.
• Knowledge of cPanel, FTP, and website migration processes.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, website performance tuning, and security.
• Experience working with Git is a plus.
