Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a WordPress and PHP Developer . The ideal candidate will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, focusing on developing and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to create responsive, SEO-friendly websites, and scalable custom web solutions using WordPress, PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter . Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins. Build and manage backend logic using PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Optimize web performance, speed, and SEO technical standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and marketing. Troubleshoot bugs, maintain code quality, and follow development best practices. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in WordPress Development (custom themes & plugins) Hands-on experience in Laravel and/or CodeIgniter for backend development Solid understanding of Front-End Development : HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery or Vue/React is a plus) Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles Familiarity with Web Development best practices , version control (Git), and clean coding standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience with SEO principles , page speed optimization, and basic digital marketing is a bonus Knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and AJAX Show more Show less
