About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Content Management Executive with hands-on experience in managing and updating WordPress websites. The role involves adding, editing, and optimising website content while ensuring brand consistency, SEO compliance, and smooth collaboration with development and SEO teams.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Management

Add, edit, and format content on WordPress websites (pages, posts, blogs, case studies, landing pages).
Upload and optimise images, graphics, and media assets, ensuring proper sizing, compression, and SEO alt tags.
Maintain consistent formatting, typography, and branding across all web content.
Ensure internal and external links are functional and properly formatted.

SEO & Content Support

Assist SEO/content teams by uploading and formatting blogs, news articles, and other content types.
Implement basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, alt text for images).

Website Maintenance & Support

Assist web developers with updates, minor fixes, and testing of new features.
Check for broken links, page errors, or missing content.
Update plugins, themes, and WordPress core under developer guidance.

Ad-Hoc Client Tasks

Execute client requests involving content updates or edits (new pages, downloads, images, videos, etc.).
Upload or update downloadable assets, forms, or resources.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers to ensure proper content integration.
Coordinate with SEO/content teams to publish content in line with campaigns.
Maintain good written and verbal communication skills for team and client interactions.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in WordPress content management.
Basic knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.
Familiarity with image optimisation tools and techniques.
Attention to detail in formatting and branding.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
