Role & responsibilities

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Min 6+ months Experience on paper is must in any HR Domin
.
Any HR operations Experience is must
.
Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via Chat or emails in a courteous manner.
Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.
Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Designation: Associate

0.6 - 2.5 Years (Experience in HR Operation)

Strong Excel skills, Any Graduate

Fixed (5 days working), Night Shift (US hours)

Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday, One Side Cab (Drop)

Immediate Joining

Responsible for global HR Operations and Backoffice work for entire Payroll HRO process.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Graduates / Postgraduates require 6 months of HRO Experience mandatory.
