EUC Desktop Support team is responsible for delivering Level 2 support for desktop environments, with a focus on both Windows and Mac OS platforms. This role is critical for maintaining system stability, ensuring user satisfaction, and upholding compliance with ITIL standards. The team manages incidents, service requests, and all desktop administration activities within a 24/7 support framework, serving users across Chennai and Bangalore.

Must-Have

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS
• Support and device management for Mac OS
• Management of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Proficiency with remote desktop support tools such as SCCM, RDP, and TeamViewer
• Incident and Service Request handling in alignment with ITIL processes

Good-to-Have

• Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) tools
• Basic scripting abilities for automation using PowerShell or Bash

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 support for desktop and laptop technical issues
