🌐 We're Hiring – Infrastructure/Active Directory Engineer (Remote | Australia Shift) 📍 Company : Maivax ET Private Limited 🕒 Shift : 9:00 AM – 4:00 AM IST (Australia Time Coverage) 🏠 Work Mode : Fully Remote 📅 Experience : 2 to 7 Years Role Description Maivax ET Private Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Infrastructure / Active Directory Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises and Azure-based infrastructure , with a strong focus on identity and access management , system administration, and operational support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across regions to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure solutions in hybrid environments. Qualifications 🔹 Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing : Active Directory and Azure Active Directory On-prem Domain Services – AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in hybrid environments 🔹 Proven experience in: Deploying and managing infrastructure on Microsoft Azure Hybrid on-prem + cloud system environments System monitoring, scaling, and patching 🔹 Solid understanding of: Identity & Access Management , authentication protocols Security and compliance within Microsoft ecosystems 🔹 Additional Skills: Excellent communication & documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams Willing to work in the Australia shift (9 AM – 4 AM IST)
