Windows System Admin Level 1

As a Windows System Admin Level 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer base, both directly and indirectly. Your primary responsibility will involve interacting with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems in the Hosting Environment. Your major duties and responsibilities will include: - Providing professional and respectful assistance to all customers - Handling technical support tickets from web hosting customers - Supporting the implementation of new applications - Resolving client support and technical issues through E-Mail, phone, and other electronic mediums - Troubleshooting various technical issues related to web hosting services - Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple open tickets simultaneously In addition to the above, you will be expected to: - Successfully complete assigned duties and projects - Possess computer knowledge and good communication skills, preferably with a B.Tech background - Be a Windows Certified Engineer, preferably - Be willing to work in a 24*7 environment - Have experience with Hosting Control Panels such as CPanel, WHM, and Plesk - Demonstrate expertise in basic installation, server security, and server monitoring - Exhibit an excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, and Exim - Handle installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, and Perl - Manage server backup and restoration as well as DNS - Work effectively in a team, adapt to changing environments, and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues - Be confident, passionate, and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills - Troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as required - Be dependable and complete work as expected during assigned shifts Experience: - Level 1 - 1+ years of relevant experience Package: - Compensation as per the eligibility of the candidate (At least a one-year service contract) Location: - Jaipur Number of Vacancies: - 2 Join us in this dynamic role where you can further enhance your skills and contribute to our customer-centric operations.,
