About The Team

What You Will Be Doing

• Giving support to our global clients whose infrastructure is hosted on Public cloud
• Perform Day to day activities like User management, Troubleshooting performance issues, Monthly patching of servers, Perform maintenance and Disaster recovery activities
• Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment
• Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software
• Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems
• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components
  

What You Bring

• 2 to 5 Years of experience in Windows application support
• Should have Strong Windows server administration, Active directory and Group policy management knowledge and Scripting skills like Powershell or Python, basis understanding of AWS/Azure public cloud
• Knowledge of Citrix xenapp and Terraform
