• Provide support for existing client and server hardware and software based on Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, and other office infrastructure (including printers, Wi-Fi, NAS, and VPN).
• Manage and maintain the internal network to ensure seamless connectivity across all departments.
• Monitor system health and proactively address performance or security issues.
• Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours.
• Implement system updates, patches, and version upgrades in line with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network, access, and user-related issues.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only).
• 3–5 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems and network administration, including command-line proficiency.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Hyper-V and Veeam is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
