Job Description: Key Responsibilities for the role. Identify, evaluate and onboard relevant CSR partners / NGOs for undertaking the CSR programs of the Company. Hold regular meetings with CSR partners to check project progress, verify documents, compare planned vs. actual work, review fund usage, explain any differences, and suggest fund release or changes. Conduct regular field visits to CSR project locations to verify and validate the actual outcomes and reach of the initiatives. Collect on-ground data, feedback, and evidence of implementation and prepare detailed project reports including impact assessment reports thereon. Work together with CSR partners to design programs, and also take care of planning budgets, reviewing proposals etc. Prepare detailed proposals, agenda notes, and minutes for CSR Committee and Board meetings regarding CSR Agenda Items. Prepare the reports and presentations for management, CSR Committee, and the Board. Prepare documentation and disclosures for the Annual Report, including CSR Annexures. Maintain a repository of CSR projects with updated records and MIS. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and furnish documents and information to the auditors to ensure the audits are done properly. Regularly update the Company’s website with CSR project details and impact and any other information as may be required. Review and update the CSR Policy as per the latest changes in the Companies Act, 2013 and CSR Rules. Also, prepare the revised policy and present it for necessary approvals. Assist in formulation and implementation of CSR Annual Action Plan(s) of the Company as per the CSR Policy of the Company. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of CSR activities and NGO ecosystem in India. Excellent communication skill willing to work at the ground level. Ability to manage documentation, audits, and compliance processes effectively. Proficiency in project evaluation, budgeting, and impact assessment.
Position Overview: As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant (L2), you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our clients' SAP environments. You will be responsible for providing expert-level support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing best practices to ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and other SAP technologies. Lead and participate in SAP system migration and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures related to SAP Basis administration. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP Basis best practices and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA. Extensive experience in SAP Basis Administration ranging from ECC6 to ECC6 EHP7, S4H1610, 1709 & S4H1809 Good Kernel and support pack upgrade, system Refresh, Transport Management and Alerts, Should shave excellent trouble shooting, interpersonal, technical skills, and analytics skill. Able to meet very stringent deadlines without any supervision. Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems, including ECC, BW/BI, Solution Manager, etc. Proficiency in SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Required Skills: - Minimum 5 Years of experience is required for Windows, IIS and Ngnix . - Minimum 4 year of experience in managing 24 X 7 environment (NOC) with 99.99% uptime - Must have good understanding of Virtualization technology (Hyper V, VMware) and ability to resolve issues on Virtual servers. - Must have good knowledge of windows fails over cluster, windows server 2012,2016,2019 installation & Roles and Feature installation and OS level troubleshooting. - Must have good Knowledge of Active directory, ADFS, Group policy, DNS, DHCP and Window Scripting - Good Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms. - Good knowledge on monitoring tool like NewRelic, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios etc. - Should demonstrate good interpersonal and customer support skill. Role & responsibilities Desirable: - Should be able to discuss and understand technical issues with end users and rectify them promptly. - Working as per Service Management ticket queue, ensuring high urgency tickets are prioritised. - Must have expertise to troubleshoot IIS administration and Ngnix related issues - Installation of web component like IIS, configuration of load balancer, SSL certificate configuration and management, - Ability to decide on corrective measures and ability to resolve the incidents within stated SLA. - Can identify and interpret key policies, standards and procedures affecting own area. - Ability to work under pressure in a demanding and highly visible environment without constant guidance. - Should be a team player and able to take ownership of escalated matters. - Technical Support experience in SSL (Pluse Secure preferable), SFTP. - Good understanding of Information Security concepts and various technologies used to implement them in desktop environment. - Responsible for keeping OS and Software patched up to date and Hardening. - Supporting various applications from desktop perspective.
