- Minimum 3 year of experience in managing 24 X 7 environment (NOC) with 99.99% uptime
- Must have good understanding of Virtualization technology (Hyper V, VMware) and ability to resolve issues on Virtual servers
- Must have good knowledge of windows fails over cluster, windows server 2012,2016,2019 installation & Roles and Feature installation and OS level troubleshooting
- Must have good knowledge of Active directory, ADFS, Group policy, DNS, DHCP and Window Scripting
- Good Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms
- Good knowledge on monitoring tool like NewRelic, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios etc.
- Should demonstrate good interpersonal and customer support skill.
