Job Description

Manage and support physical infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops.
Good understanding and hands on experience on Hyper-V, VMware Virtualisation technology.
Hands on Experience on AD/DNS/DHCP.
Perform regular backup and restoration operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
Ensure timely deployment of OS and software patches using tools like ManageEngine.
Oversee Data Center operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Provide 24x7 support coverage, including flexible shifts and on-call availability.
Maintain compliance with Endpoint Security Tools and corporate security policies.
Coordinate with external service providers to restore services and meet defined SLAs.
Engage with end users to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
Manage and prioritize tickets in the Service Management queue, focusing on high-urgency incidents.
Implement corrective actions and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
Support video conferencing systems including Zoom, Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2022/2019/2016, Hyper-V, clusters, Linux systems, and development tools.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrate good communication skills
