Job Description

Your Role

Design and implement Windows AD and Azure AD architecture, ensuring secure and scalable identity solutions.
Manage LDAP configurations and troubleshoot authentication issues across environments.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of repetitive tasks and system administration.
Configure and manage Group Policies, Organizational Units (OU), and Azure AD Groups.
Implement and maintain Azure Conditional Access policies and Access Packages.
Perform AD to AAD synchronization and ensure seamless integration with MTO and other entities.
Handle application registration and manage identity lifecycle in Azure AD.
Drive audit closure, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.
Plan and execute new feature rollouts for identity and access management systems.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver identity-related initiatives and projects.
Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues.Develop comprehensive test cases for normal and degraded operations, including disaster recovery and continuity planning.
Ensure certificate-based authentication, PKI, and ADFS infrastructure are properly configured and maintained.

Your Profile

7+ years of experience in designing and managing Windows Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) architectures.
Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including LDAP, ADFS, and PKI infrastructure.
Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation, reducing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency.
Extensive experience in Group Policy, OU management, and Azure Conditional Access policy configuration.
Hands-on experience with AD to AAD synchronization, application registration, and Access Package creation.
Strong background in audit closure, vulnerability remediation, and risk management for compliaance.
