Job Description: You are required to join the team in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain as a Windchill, Business System Analyst. Your main responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the PTC Windchill system. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and propose solutions to optimize business processes and improve system functionality. - Assist in the implementation of PTC Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PTC Windchill. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations. - Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PTC Windchill in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill, PLM systems, and related technologies. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You are expected to have 8 plus years of experience in Windchill development as a Senior Windchill Developer. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining software using Java and enterprise system APIs, actively participating in all stages of the implementation project, developing relationships with clients, utilizing teammates" expertise, documenting methods and lessons learned. You will be required to have expertise in TIBCO products (Business Works, EMS, etc.) and Windchill ESI as a Tibco Windchill Integration Developer. Strong hands-on experience with integration technologies like Info*Engine, XML mapping, OData services, SOAP/REST web services, proficiency in programming languages like Java, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), knowledge of Agile methodologies, configuration management tools, and CI/CD for integration projects, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
