Job Description Senior Mechanical Engineer Liquid Cooling (TCS/SFN) Role Overview Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in Technical Cooling Systems (TCS) / Secondary Fluid Networks (SFN) or related piping/fluid systems to support the design, validation, and delivery of liquid cooling distribution solutions. The role is positioned to contribute to both custom and NPDI projects, working globally with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Assembly Structure Management (ASM) and a strong foundation in mechanical engineering design principles . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX . Manage complex product structures using ASM (Assembly Structure Management) . Create and maintain 3D models , 2D drawings , and engineering documentation . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers. Ensure compliance with engineering standards , design guidelines , and project requirements . Support design validation , tolerance analysis , and design reviews . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronics , or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical design . Proficiency in NX CAD and CAE tools . Experience with Assembly Structure Management (ASM) and PLM systems . Strong understanding of mechanical design principles , materials , and manufacturing processes . Preferred Skills: Experience in aerospace , automotive , or industrial equipment sectors. Familiarity with GD&T , DFMEA , and design for manufacturability (DFM) . Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
