Senior Executive

Job Title: Senior Executive- SIM Job Summary

The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and procurement processes within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate various supply chain activities effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliations.

Generate and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

Assist in planning and executing procurement strategies.

Collaborate with project coordinators to align procurement with project needs.

Oversee warehouse and transport operations to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.

Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana and other inventory management software.

Strong understanding of purchase order generation and management.

Experience in stock audits and reconciliations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
