Job Description

The Assistant Executive will support the production team in managing shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production planning and control. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to analyze and improve production efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands.
Monitor shop floor operations to ensure adherence to production schedules.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement solutions.
Utilize SAP for production planning and control tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

1-2 years of experience in shop floor management or production planning.
Proficient in SAP production planning and production control processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
