Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct random and targeted
field visits
to customer premises to verify the physical existence and accuracy of data collected by field surveyors Thoroughly check collected survey forms (digital/physical) against QC checklists for completeness, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
Identify and log errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in the collected data and coordinate with field teams for immediate correction and re-survey.
Customer Interaction & Support Initiate contact with customers (via phone or in-person visits) for direct verification of key survey parameters and connection details.
Address and resolve customer queries or concerns related to the ongoing field survey process in a professional manner Provide structured feedback to the Field Survey Team Lead regarding customer complaints or difficulties encountered during the verification process.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Diploma
or
Bachelor's Degree
(Diploma preferred).
Experience:

Fresher to 2 years
of experience in Quality Control, Field Operations, Data Management
