Job Description

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

0-6 months of internship or full-time experience in corporate communications, PR, or account management within a digital marketing or PR agency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.

Strong time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Familiarity with media monitoring, marketing analytics, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Support internal teams (creative, content, and digital) to ensure seamless delivery of communication and PR projects on time and within budget.

Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and drafting actionable insights for clients.

Prepare progress reports, media coverage summaries, and presentations under supervision.

Coordinate with team members to respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their communication needs.

Research and stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and best practices in PR and communications.

Assist in drafting press releases, media outreach emails, and other communication materials.

Identify potential opportunities for improving client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.

Support the preparation of proposals and new business pitches
