What You’ll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Help build HR processes for a growing venture studio ecosystem.
• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and reports.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to design people-first initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment, culture, and startup HR operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Available for full-time office-based internship in Gurugram.
