Your Role:

✅Team Leadership: Inspire and guide designers, writers, and marketers, ensuring top-notch creative output.

✅Client Communication: Be the face of Magmax for clients — present ideas, gather feedback, manage expectations.

✅Creative Direction: Own the visual and messaging standards across campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

✅Performance Monitoring: Analyze project outcomes, campaign performances, and optimize strategies.

✅Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with content, digital, and development teams to fuel innovation.

✅Market Trends Research: Stay ahead of design and marketing trends to keep our creative approach fresh and relevant.

What You Need:

✅Proven experience leading creative teams (agency experience is a plus).

✅Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising campaigns, and visual design projects.

2. Content Writer

Your Role:

✅Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and original content for websites, blogs, social media, ad campaigns, and more.

✅Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

✅SEO Content: Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for visibility and performance.

✅Research: Stay updated with industry trends and client-specific research to craft relevant content strategies.

✅Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and creative leads to ensure cohesive messaging.

What You Need:

✅1-3 years of content writing experience (agency or brand-side).

Strong command over language and ability to adapt tone and style.
