Position Overview:

Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage

    dealers, distributors, and channel partners

    across Kerala.
  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    as per company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Conduct

    market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys

    to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective

    product demonstrations, presentations, and training

    for dealers and customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for

    promotional activities, exhibitions, and roadshows

    .
  • Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure

    after-sales service coordination

    with service engineers and technical teams.
  • Maintain

    regular reporting, sales forecasts, and MIS updates

    to the regional sales head.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience

    in solar inverter/UPS/renewable energy product sales (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of

    Kerala solar market and dealer-distributor ecosystem

    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in

    English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil

    .
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Must be a

    local candidate (Kerala-based)

    with deep market knowledge and existing dealer contacts preferred.
