Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role Field Services Engineer at Gronsol Inverter Technology LLP located in Lucknow with the option for some work from home. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Preventive Maintenance and Customer Service skills
• Experience in working with solar inverters or renewable energy systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
