Job Role Summary: The Wellness Coordinator serves as a vital link between medical professionals, yoga consultants, and patients. This role ensures smooth coordination of wellness services, supports patient education and counselling in yogic lifestyle practices, and facilitates the enrolment process for Mukti wellness packages. The Wellness Coordinator must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a compassionate, patient-centric approach to holistic health. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interdepartmental Coordination: o Coordinate effectively between doctors and yoga consultants to ensure integrated care plans. o Act as a liaison between patients and wellness counsellors to support holistic treatment approaches. 

2. Patient Engagement and Counselling: o Counsel patients on adopting a yogic and holistic lifestyle aligned with their medical conditions and wellness goals. o Provide empathetic, personalized support to encourage lifestyle changes. 

3. Program Enrolment & Follow-up: o Assist patients in understanding and enrolling in Mukti wellness packages. Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to monitor satisfaction and progress. 

4. Administrative and Reporting Duties: o Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and wellness service records. o Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Center Head regarding patient participation, feedback, and service outcomes.

 5. Language and Communication: o Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali for effective communication across diverse patient demographics.

Eligibility Criteria: 

 Education: Graduation in any stream 

 Preferred Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma or Certification in Yoga and Wellness Management 

 Experience: Experience in wellness centres, yoga studios, or hospital wellness departments preferred

 Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

o Patient-centric approach 

o Organizational and coordination ability 

o Multilingual fluency: Bengali, English, Hindi, 

o Additional Notes: 

 The Wellness Coordinator should be passionate about holistic health and capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

  This role may involve occasional outreach activities or wellness and sports events coordination.
