Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in the wellness industry. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills of our staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role will focus on developing team members’ ability to build trust, handle client concerns with empathy, and maintain professionalism in a wellness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training modules tailored to the wellness and client service environment.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, grooming & etiquette, customer handling, empathy, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
  • Train staff in guest-centric approaches to ensure high levels of satisfaction, trust, and repeat clientele.
  • Evaluate training needs through observation, feedback, and performance assessments.
  • Create engaging training materials, role plays, and case studies relevant to wellness services.
  • Provide coaching and one-on-one guidance to team members as needed.
  • Assess training effectiveness and prepare reports on staff progress.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate soft skills into overall service and wellness standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in customer service and wellness practices to keep training relevant and impactful.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees across different roles (therapists, nutritionists, front desk, managers).
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills with the ability to handle group dynamics.
  • Knowledge of wellness, hospitality, or service industry standards is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Certification in training & development/soft skills/behavioral training (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
