Conduct psychometric evaluations for officer selection as part of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Facilitate one-on-one counselling sessions with seafarers to support emotional and mental well-being. • Design and deliver employee engagement and well-being training programs for both sea and shore staff. • Prepare and maintain monthly reports and trackers related to wellness activities, counselling sessions, and initiatives. • Develop written content for internal newsletters, awareness campaigns, and wellness communication. Employee Well-being & Engagement Initiatives: • Celebrate significant life events of seafarerssending wishes and bouquets on birthdays, weddings, and the arrival of newborns. • Provide proactive support during crises such as natural disasters or conflict zones, ensuring safety and assistance through regional offices. • Address seafarer grievances through a dedicated, time-bound, and transparent grievance redressal platform. • Support Ship Shape a wellness initiative encouraging healthy eating habits onboard, with recognition for participating vessels. Wellness Communication & Awareness: • Curate and manage content for the OnExecutive Well-being page on the crew portal (for seafarers) and HRMS (for shore staff), focused on mental health and emotional resilience. • Design and publish Wellness Wednesday posters and visual content across Executive groups internal and social media platforms to promote positive mental health messaging.
