Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Export Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs protocols, and company policies.
ERP Management: Update and maintain records for export orders, shipment tracking, and documentation status.
Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, QA) and external partners for seamless operations.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports on export activities and documentation accuracy.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits related to export logistics and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate
Experience: 25 years in export logistics/documentation, preferably in manufacturing or medical devices
Skills:

Strong understanding of export documentation
Familiarity with shipping procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or ERP systems
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
