Job Title: Wellness Expert (Slimming & Body Transformation)Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Wellness Expert to join our slimming and body-transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness coaching, nutrition or fitness, along with proven experience in client consultation, program recommendation, and high client-conversion success. This role focuses on guiding clients through their wellness journey, delivering measurable results, and contributing to business growth through exceptional service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed wellness and slimming consultations to understand client goals, lifestyle habits, and health history.
• Recommend tailored slimming, wellness, and body-contouring programs.
• Drive high conversion rates by confidently presenting solutions and closing consultations.
• Track client progress, provide continuous motivation, and ensure high program compliance.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with therapists, nutritionists, and center managers to optimize client results.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
• Stay updated on the latest wellness, slimming, nutrition, and body-sculpting trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the slimming, wellness, fitness, aesthetic, or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of client conversion, upselling, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of wellness, weight-management principles, dietary habits, and healthy lifestyle coaching.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Certification in nutrition, fitness, or wellness coaching (preferred but not mandatory).
