Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations to assess clients’ goals, lifestyle, body metrics, and health concerns.
• Develop and recommend personalized slimming and wellness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and behavior-change support.
• Monitor and track client progress through regular reviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Motivate clients to stay committed to their slimming journey and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
• Educate clients on healthy habits, proper use of slimming products/services, and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and progress notes.
• Work collaboratively with the wellness, operations, and sales teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Uphold company guidelines, health standards, and professional ethics at all times.

Required Qualifications

• BAMS,BHMS,BNYS, M Sc Food & Nutrition Diploma or certification in Nutrition, Health Sciences, Fitness, Wellness Coaching, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the slimming, spa, wellness, or fitness industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
