Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welfare Officer located in Pendurthi. The Welfare Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining welfare programs for employees, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a healthy work environment. Daily tasks include conducting regular employee interactions, organizing and overseeing wellness activities, providing support and counseling services, managing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Welfare Officer will play a critical role in fostering employee well-being and enhancing workplace morale.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in employee counseling and support services
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to conduct wellness programs and activities
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
