Productivity

1.Check Setting Of M/C Every Shift
2.Set SAW Welding Parameter as per approved WPS 3.Achieve production target as per production plan 4.Monitor productivity of welding stations & take corrective action as required. 5.Monitor functioning of flux circulation / recovery station

Job Planning

1.Set ID OD Welding M/C For New Size
2.Create material reservation based on shop floor requirements 3.Ensure suitability of use of flux & wire leftover from previous campaign 4.Ensure storage of flux in flux room 5.Ensure availability of welding consumables, Nozzle, Head, and other production related items (1 days stock)

Quality Control & QA Related

1.Check Quality From Previsual / NDT And Take Corrective Action
2.Prepare WPS 3.Cross check & approve changes in machine settings at ID / OD welding stations 4.Ensure baking of flux & recording of the same 5.Review the parameter and make necessary modification if require. 6.Check use of qualified welders and qualify welder as per requirement 7.Monitor rejection and re work due to welding, analyse and take CAPA.

Budget Control

1.Consume DV/SV As Per Given Norms.

People Development

1.Monitoring training Of Trainee
2.Provide guidance to subordinate/workmen to improve productivity and quality

Other Responsibility

1.Monitor Flux Baking & Maintain record
2.Co-ordination between Maintenance, QA, QC, forming and Finishing 3.Follow the procedure for smooth operations as mentioned in WI 4.Manpower management

Safety

1.Ensuring Safe Working Condition And Practices
2.Ensure Proper house keeping at all level 3.Identify unsafe condition and take corrective action 4.Check for safety compliance by workmen & housekeeping at all times.
