Develop, manage, and expand the dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to clients.
Regularly visit dealers, end-users, and industrial customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any stream with relevant sales experience.
13 years of experience in Industrial Sales (preferably Welding Electrodes/Engineering Products/Industrial Consumables).
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 200 km around Jaipur).
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Travel allowances as per company policy.
