Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder/Fitter Piping position based in Jamnagar. The role involves interpreting blueprints, assembling and preparing pipes for welding, and executing various welding tasks such as TIG, MIG, and Arc welding for thermoplastic or metallic piping systems. Welders will also inspect finished projects to ensure precision and quality standards are met, collaborate with teams for installation, and adhere to safety protocols during all operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in general Welding techniques, including Arc Welding and TIG Welding
• Hands-on experience with MIG Welding for different materials
• Good understanding of materials used in welding and piping, including thermoplastics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
• Relevant certifications in welding and/or piping are highly preferred
• Adaptability and capability to work in an on-site, industrial environment
